Social Media & Content Lead

The Opportunity

Run TherapyPod's social media during the India pilot. You will tell the story of five real clinics adopting AI, in English and Hindi, and build an audience of doctors and clinic owners who trust us.

What You'll Do

• Plan and post daily across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and WhatsApp channels in English and Hindi.
• Document, with consent, how the five pilot clinics adopt AI: stories from the clinic floor and before-and-after workflows.
• Create educational content about AI and patient safety for doctors, clinic owners, and practice managers.
• Promote TherapyPod University courses and grow a community of certified practitioners.
• Get every clinical or safety claim reviewed by the Clinical Safety Lead before it is published.
• Handle the full production cycle yourself: writing, short videos, scheduling, and reporting.
• Measure what matters: demo requests, course signups, and conversations with clinic owners.

Who You Are

• 3+ years running social media for healthcare or another trust-sensitive industry in India.
• Write and speak fluently in English and Hindi.
• Can show channels you grew and what worked, especially on LinkedIn and short video.
• Understand doctors and clinic owners as an audience.
• Able to turn clinical material into simple, accurate posts, and willing to get them reviewed first.
• Work independently: script, shoot, edit, post, and report the numbers without a team.
