The Opportunity

Build the software behind our five-clinic pilot in India. You will work on patient consent and data protection, safety reporting for clinic staff, and the test suite that checks every change before it reaches a live clinic. The stack is Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase (PostgreSQL).

What You'll Do

Build the pilot's safety features: reports from clinician case reviews, a simple way for staff to flag conversations the AI missed, and consent records that meet India's data protection law.
Maintain the test suite that checks safety behavior against curated Hindi and English cases before each release.
Improve the triage system: per-clinic settings, threshold tuning with hard safety limits, and full audit trails.
Keep production reliable: database security, separation of each clinic's data, WhatsApp message delivery, and monitoring.
Visit pilot clinics, watch staff use the product, and ship fixes the same week.
Write tests for safety-related behavior. A failing security or data-deletion test blocks the release.
Work with the Clinical Safety Lead to turn clinician feedback into product changes.

Who You Are

5+ years of full-stack engineering with TypeScript. Production experience with Next.js or React and PostgreSQL.
Strong SQL and data modeling. Comfortable with migrations, row-level security, and reporting queries.
Have built products on large language models and know how to test them properly.
Care about privacy, consent, and audit trails in healthcare software.
Prefer small, tested changes over big rewrites. Write clearly.
Experience with Supabase, the WhatsApp Business API, Hindi-language products, or healthcare data is a plus.
